This website is published by BB Events Company. The content is for general information about our wedding and event services. Pricing, package contents, and availability shown on the site are starting points and may be adjusted in your individual quote.

Submitting an inquiry through this site, opening the booking portal, or sending us a message does not by itself create a contract for services. A booking is only confirmed when you sign a written contract through Honeybook and pay the retainer.

Starting prices on this site reflect base packages in the Kansas City metro. Final pricing depends on your date, hours, venue location, services, and add-ons. We honor any written quote we send you for 30 days.

Specific cancellation and rescheduling terms are spelled out in your Honeybook contract. As a general policy, retainers are non-refundable but transfer to a rescheduled date within 18 months at no extra fee, subject to availability.

We carry commercial liability insurance. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for that specific event. We are not liable for delays caused by venue, weather, third-party vendors, or force majeure outside our control.

All content on this site (writing, design, photography, graphics, and the BB Events Company logo) is owned by BB Events Company or licensed for our use. Do not reproduce, republish, or commercialize site content without written permission.

We use Honeybook for booking, contracts, and payments. We use Resend for transactional email. We use Vercel for hosting. By submitting forms or making payments through this site or the Honeybook portal, you agree to those services' own terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Jackson County, Missouri.

When we update these terms, we'll change the “last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
