BB Events Company is a wedding and event entertainment business based in Kansas City, Missouri. You can reach us at admin@bbeventskc.com or (816) 777-8985.

When you submit our inquiry form or book through our booking and payment system, we collect: your name, partner name (if provided), email, phone number, event date, venue, event type, services of interest, and any message you send us.

We do not currently run an analytics or tracking service on this site.

We use your inquiry information to respond to you, book your event, and run your event. Booked-client data is stored in our booking system account behind its authentication. Older bookings made before our current system remain stored in Honeybook, the platform we used previously, under its own privacy terms.

We never sell your information. We never share your information with third-party advertisers. We never email you marketing unless you specifically subscribe to our newsletter.

Inquiries route to a small set of internal BB Events team members responsible for your event type. Inquiries submitted through the site are stored in our booking system (a CRM with industry-standard encryption and access controls) when submitted.

You can request a copy of any information we have on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@bbeventskc.com with the subject “Privacy request” and we'll respond within 30 days.

If you submitted an inquiry and never booked, we keep your data for 18 months in case you reach back out, then delete it automatically.

We use a single first-party cookie for site preferences (no tracking, no third-party advertising cookies). Embedded booking-system content may set cookies under that provider's own privacy policy.

This site and our services are intended for adults (event hosts, couples, parents). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

When we update this policy, we'll change the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be announced via the homepage and any active inquiry threads.
