When you submit our inquiry form or book through Honeybook, we collect: your name, partner name (if provided), email, phone number, event date, venue, event type, services of interest, and any message you send us.

When you visit the site, we collect standard analytics: page views, referring URLs, device type, approximate location (city-level), and time on site.

We use your inquiry information to respond to you, book your event, and run your event. Booked-client data is stored in our Honeybook account behind their authentication.

We use analytics to understand which pages help couples decide, fix usability issues, and improve content.

We never sell your information. We never share your information with third-party advertisers. We never email you marketing unless you specifically subscribe to our newsletter.

Inquiries route to a small set of internal BB Events team members responsible for your event type. Once you book, your details live in Honeybook (a US-based CRM with industry- standard encryption and access controls). Our analytics provider is Vercel Analytics, which is privacy-preserving and does not use cookies.

You can request a copy of any information we have on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@bbeventskc.comwith the subject “Privacy request” and we'll respond within 30 days.

If you submitted an inquiry and never booked, we keep your data for 18 months in case you reach back out, then delete it automatically.

We use a single first-party cookie for site preferences (no tracking, no third-party advertising cookies). Embedded Honeybook content may set cookies under their own privacy policy: honeybook.com/privacy.

This site and our services are intended for adults (event hosts, couples, parents). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

When we update this policy, we'll change the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be announced via the homepage and any active inquiry threads.
