Private & corporate
BB Event Services, by the hour.
Private parties and corporate events price the same way: BB Event Services plus your artist's hourly rate. There's no separate corporate package. You don't choose the service level either — we assign it from your event details so nothing is under-staffed on the day. School events and charities don't price this way at all — they're quoted on a call.

Assigned by default for a standard indoor private event, up to 100 guests.

Hourly, published, and added to BB Event Services above. Every private event has a 2-hour minimum booking. Corporate events publish their own rates per tier, not these. See corporate pricing. School events and charities don't have a published rate at all — call us for a quote.

Every event includes liability insurance, backup gear on site, a written contract, and a substitute artist on standby. The first 150 round-trip miles of travel are included; beyond that it's $75 per additional 50 miles, quoted up front based on your venue location.
